i'm only really jotting down strains that were really notable to me, so dont expect to see a lot here if i didnt really like it. eventually, i might keep a tally on what ive tried, but thats for the notes app for now.

This is here for educational purposes only. This is not meant to encourage anyone to consume illegal substances. I just want to keep track of what works for me and what I like! I only consume legally and from licensed dispensaries in my state with a medical card.

APPLE MAC

mmyummy.... this has a really brainy effect for me. this is the weed that makes you stupid.
this is a strain from MUV that really kind of hits you in the face. at least, it did for me.
apple MAC, or apple miracle alien cookies, is a hybrid strain. its genetics are trophy wife and MAC (miracle alien cookies) 1. its dominant terpene is myrcene.
this was really my first strain that really smacked me right in the face. this is the weed that makes you feel like the world looks like screenshots. eating on this honestly felt like a dream. this is the weed that makes you stupid, and i highly enjoyed it. i give apple MAC a 10/10.

LAZER GUN

ehhh, very body but i need a lot to feel anything.
lazer gun is a hybrid strain i got from the flowery, a cross between georgia pie and Z lazer gun i consumed this mostly through RSO (and a fat pan of brownies), so this might be dependent on that. i usually do fine on about 50mg, but i had to literally consume 180mg to feel ANY effects from this.
still, the effects i did feel were pretty nice. this just didnt do what i wanted it to all the way, which is fine. its dominant terpenes are caryophyllene, humulene, and linalool, so that's probably why.
overall, a 7/10. not bad, not great.

TIGER'S BLOOD

very VERY heady.
tiger's blood is a hybrid sativa-dominant strain from doja pak i consumed mostly through smoking. it's a cross between sour diesel and lemon cherry gelato, and is mostly dominant in myrcene and caryophyllene, with caryophyllene mostly edging out.
this produced a very intense head high, but didnt necessarily affect cognitive function or ability. there was no body high here and no couchlock, as expected of a sativa-dominant strain. it was really my first experience feeling a head high so prominently that didnt totally impair me or knock me out, so this is probably going to be more of a daytime strain for me.
i smoked this one mostly among friends, which kind of necessitated awareness, but when i was alone, this seemed to do just fine getting me in bed for long periods of time.
overall, a pretty good and fun experience. 8/10!

SKULLCRUSHER

WOW.
they were right when they said this is a headband strain. holy shit, i went right out.
this bad boy is from josh d labs. it was advertised to me as a whopping 4% myrcene, but you know, im okay with 1.9. it still put me right out.
this thing had sticky buds and came in a lovely huge glass jar that im actually using to store some decarbed stuff!
im looking forward to trying this again with my dry herb vape. again, i can hardly keep my eyes open with this one. that is GREAT. whenever i wake up the next morning it's like i just emerged from the deepest sleep ever. overall, great medication. minimal side effects ;-)

BLUE DREAM

i got this one in a little clutch AIO from trulieve by roll one, so how it really is might not be accurate to the distillate i got.
overall, i did not super enjoy this one. it kind of mentally edged me. i could hardly feel a lot of the effects besides this really annoying, edge-of-mind buzz.it was kind of like waking up and having like, the worst sleep of your whole life and having to go about your day.
UGH!!! AND WHEN I TRIED THIS ONE EARLIER IN MY WEED JOURNEY IT WAS FINE!!! THAT MAKES ME SO MAD!!!!!
I LITERALLY GOT SO GEEKED ON THIS AT THE PARK I ALMOST WENT STUPID!!!!
anyway, im not the most pleased, but maybe one day ill pick up a preroll of this and see if it smokes any different.
