V2
V2 is a machine from the game 'Ultrakill,' originally released in 2020. It's still being worked on to this day. The game follows V1 in its journey throughout Hell after the eradication of mankind;
V2 makes its first appearance in the level 1-4, titled 'Clair de Lune.' V2 is described as being the successor to V1, made during the New Peace as a security-focused robot on the V1 frame.
V2 has four wing colors to indicate attack patterns during its fight:
- Blue: Wariness. Caution. Indicates that V2 will retreat.
- Red: Aggression. Impulsivity. Indicates that V2 will rush towards the player.
- Green: Curiosity. Interest. Indicates that V2 will circle the player.
- Yellow: Neutral. Calm. Aimless wandering mode.
During the fight, V2 makes several whining or beeping noises. When V2 is finally defeated by the player, it whines as it breaks out of the ceiling glass above, dropping its arm (the Knuckleblaster) in progress.
V2 makes its second appearance in 4-4, 'Clair de Soleil.'
