CIRCUMSTANCES:
1x1x1x1 was recently pardoned under the Special Circumstances Act, signed by President Builderman.
The Special Circumstances Act pardoned all involved in Incident SPEC-5 and established the Commission on the Process of Reintegration, which set a framework for their rehabilitation and subsequent release into society. Over the past 10 weeks, a small, closed community in a private server has been built for the purpose of rehabilitating involved citizens in Incident SPEC-5 under the supervision of covert operatives assimilated into the community.
1x1x1x1 will undergo an 8-month rehabilitation program in this secluded neighborhood. Once proper behavioral markers are shown, as well as demonstrated changes in patterns of cognition, the Commission on the Process of Reintegration will vote on whether the individual should be released based on demonstrated evidence and a plea filed by the individual. After voted release, a 12 month probationary period will follow where the individual will be allowed to freely roam Robloxia under surveillance and supervision. Guidelines for successful reintegration have been established in Special Hearing 10-22-B: Special Hearing for Reintegration of the Forsaken, and formalized in the Policies of the Commission on the Process of Reintegration, approved and signed on by President Builderman.
Individuals will be held to a contract outlining the terms of their obligations to the society, as well as be allowed to negotiate their release. Individuals will be expected to maintain a home and friendly relations with other citizens. Although minor disputes may arise (and are expected), as long as guidelines for successful reintegration are met these individuals can be expected to be successful in a regular society. To maximize the safety of individuals in the community, individuals will sign off on waiving their Robloxian right to privacy on their devices and be subject to random, unwarranted searches by authorities in the communities without notice.

COMMENTS:
Note that 1x1x1x1 has been included on the list of individuals that have been coded for possible heightened security risk. All individual situations should be considered on a case-by-case basis; some may not present as a security risk until placed under extreme stress or tension.

FORM 10-C-SCRP

This agreement is entered into between the Commission on the Process of Reintegration, President Builderman, and the individual filed in the attached Form 10-Z-SCRP.

Under the jurisdiction of the Commission on the Process of Reintegration (hereby referred to as ‘the Commission’) and President Builderman, the party signing this contract (hereby referred to as a ‘citizen’) agrees to the following terms and services during their residential stay in ‘Robloxia:’

a) The citizen will obey laws outlined in the Robloxian Code of Legal Conduct,
i) agree to face due punishment if any misconduct is detected,
ii) agree to their possible expulsion from Robloxia, including possible exile to the Banlands.
b) The citizen will refrain from violent attacks against other citizens (‘other citizen’ being defined as a signee of a separate Form 10-Z-SCRP) or incidents marked as ‘bullying’ or ‘harassment’ against other citizens as outlined in the Roblox Terms of Service.
c) The citizen will take all reasonable measures to
i) maintain the upkeep of their home,
ii) pay all bills, loans, accrued interest, or fees at a reasonable date.
d) The citizen will act with reasonable conduct in public areas and maintain an attitude of respect towards public infrastructure and designated public areas.
e) The citizen will agree to monthly monitoring appointments at their setting and discretion with designated social workers and authorities employed by the Commission.
f) The citizen will agree to the terms outlined in Form W-9 and agree to the application of its terms.

I don’t remember if Shedletsky’s license is still valid... maybe you could find some kinda exploit or legal loophole with that. Anyway, here you go.

1x1x1x1 went quiet after that, so I terminated the interview. He seems to have referenced a particular incident before we were all Forsaken, but I haven’t any nerve to file an official complaint about it.

Whatever it is, and whatever nerve 1x1x1x1 has, I don’t think 1x1x1x1 is a danger to anyone except Shedletsky. The majority of their time is going to probably be spent tormenting that guy instead of anyone else.

I think he’s going to have a hoot when he sees that I made us neighbors.
